Plugin purpose

Myload Support System provides a licensed support ticket dashboard for customers and support agents. The plugin creates a Support page with the [myload_support_system] shortcode after activation on a licensed site.

Customers can create tickets, choose a category and priority, view ticket status, and reply while the ticket remains open. Support agents can view all tickets, reply as support, and change the ticket status.

The plugin adds a compact WooCommerce account dashboard card and a Support Tickets account menu item. Styling is inherited from Myload theme variables.

Support memberships can be managed from Tickets > Support Subscriptions. Administrators can search for a customer, choose the matching plugin license, and update the purchase or expiration date shown on the frontend Support page.

The [myload_support_plans] shortcode renders a dedicated Support Plans page. Customers can choose a package, pick the plugin license that needs support, and continue to WooCommerce checkout.

On external domains the plugin is locked until Myload License Manager confirms an active license for myload-support-system.
